4-Week Seed-to-Start Journey

Service Description

This private four-week coaching experience is for multi-passionate women who have one meaningful idea they want to bring to life — but need help choosing the focus, defining the vision, and getting started. Together, we’ll take your idea from something broad, scattered, or mostly internal and turn it into something clear, structured, and workable. Over four weeks, we’ll identify what you’re creating, who it is for, what it needs to include, which decisions must be made, and what first steps will move it into the world. My role is to help you recognize the connecting thread, make the choices you have been circling, and stay with one seed long enough to give it roots. Our work may include thoughtful conversation, reframing, narrative storytelling, creative strategy, journaling, prayer, meditation, movement, Tarot, Holy Fire® Reiki, intuitive insight, and play. These are integrated parts of my coaching practice and may be used to help us uncover what is true, clarify the direction, and move through resistance. You remain the authority over your life and decisions. I will explain what I am suggesting, ask before using energetic or divinatory practices in a particular moment, and make space for you to pause, ask questions, or decline a tool that does not feel right at that time. By the end of four weeks, you will have: * one clearly defined focus * a clear understanding of what you are creating * the essential decisions made * a prioritized action plan * your first outward steps already in motion This journey is not designed to make me your forever coach. I specialize in beginnings. My work is to help you choose the seed, plant it, and begin nurturing it with enough clarity and commitment that you can continue growing it after our work is complete. A short continuation may be available when the same seed needs a little more support getting established.
