A cyclical 2-month cohort that gives children the creative power to choose, imagine, script, choreograph and create an original production, with the mentorship of parents.
Kids Choose the Theme
Objects and images will be laid out to observe what naturally draws in the imaginations of the children, and the parent mentors help to guide and formulate the idea for what we will be creating the next 2 months.
Kids Script + Create a World
Every week we will meet for 2 hours and the kids break up in creation pods that peak their interests! Some will script, draw scenes, create sets, costumes, choreograph, make songs and dive into the world they're imagining.
Kids Perform
The culmination of our 2-month cohort ends in a performance of their production. A work of art completely imagined, created, and performed by the kids, with help from their parent mentors.
