Energy Shift with Mi-RI
Everything begins with energy. The way we feel, the stories we carry, the way we move through the world, and the possibilities we allow ourselves to imagine.
Energy Shift with Mi-Ri grew from my passion for creating spaces where people can reconnect with themselves, release what they're ready to leave behind, and welcome a renewed sense of harmony into their lives.
Through Reiki and intentional energy work, I offer a peaceful, supportive environment for relaxation, reflection, and personal transformation.
My hope is that every person leaves feeling a little more connected to their inner wisdom, a little more at home within themselves, and a lot more open to the beautiful possibilities ahead.
